The time has come (the walrus said) to get out and push the new book. Dandelion Fire releases on February 24th, and I will be on the road celebrating that fact in the traditional way (with readings, school visits, a smiling face, a cramping and inky right hand). Hannah:
Probably 10-12 months. But cheap used copies show up on Amazon fairly quickly. It should also be in most libraries. Cheers.

Dear ND
I’ve just gotten introduced to the Wilson Family, but basically I am illiterate in comparison.
But I’m writing because I read your article in ‘Books and Culture’ about the interaction between your dad and Hitchens. Now it sounded like a film/doc or something video was going to be produced but there was not a hint of any info.
Is anything in the making???????

Danny,
Check collisionmovie.com for a couple trailers. As new info trickles in (distribution, release date, etc.), I’m sure it will be posted there. Cheers.

P.S. I do know that the Christian Book Expo is presenting the first public screenings of the film in Dallas at the end of March.

Wow, Ohio gets a lot of visits, but Western Washington gets…none?
Oh well, I’d be too embarrassed to get an autograph anyway, lol.

Thanks for the interview on Saturday. Just finished the book, and even though I’m not a fantasy guy, the writing was spectacular. I loved the ending and Henry’s “last” words. Thanks for writing good stuff for kids.

If you extend the tour to San Antonio you have at least 11 people to show up for a book signing
I bought 100 cupboards for the kids last October and they devoured it. My second eldest just bought “Dandelion Fire” Saturday night and is waiting for it with baited breath.

Nate, thanks for coming to Illinois, we enjoyed your stories , especially the –hyphen– story with your daughter. To any other bloggers if you get the chance get out there and meet Nate . He’s an awesome guy , he signed all of our books and put a lot of cool little warnigs in some. I gave away a signed copy of 100 Cupboards in our Tae Kwon Do school as a suprise gift to the hardest worker and I’ll tell you quite a few were upset they had not put in more effort !
Thanks again for coming to LaGrange IL, and next time I’ll bring some of the Tae Kwon Do kids with.

Dang, i missed my chance…I should have got on this site the first time I read 100 Cupboards. At least now I know there’s a sequel. I thought there should have been. I’ll try to come to a signing or something next time.

Aw, man! I missed ‘em all! Too bad there were none in Minnesota.
I got Dandelion Fire (finally) from the library, and I LOOOOOOOOOVE it. It’s my newest favorite book and I haven’t even finished it yet.
Are you going to do another tour when Chestnut King comes out?
